Payment costs 2024
Everything costs money, every transaction also costs money. The rates differ per type of transaction, some institutions charge a fixed amount, others a percentage, others both. We also have to pay 21% VAT on those costs that we sometimes have to pass on. Especially with small orders, the costs are too high compared to our turnover not to calculate. Of course, the costs that are passed on will be kept as low as possible.
At banks, the costs that we have to pay per transaction increase every year
| By bank | Payments by bank transfer costs € 0.20 up to an order amount of € 30.00. Above that, these costs are forfeited to customers. |
| Ideal | A payment from Ideal costs € 0.35 up to an order amount of € 30.00, above that these costs are no longer for customers |
| Paypal | Paypal costs a starting amount of € 0.43 and a percentage of the total amount. For small amounts, the starting amount costs proportionally too much, for that reason payments below € 10.00 are no longer possible, above that a percentage of 6.9% |
